the hotel incur any additional costs for special ingredients.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are taken as a means of GUARANTEE that the accommodation booked either
by completing the Registration Form or by phone, informing us of your credit card details will be available for your arrival.
The deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the accommodation. We reserve the right to deduct an administration fee of £20.00.

When
you book your holiday with us, either
by
1) Phone, informing us of your credit card details
2) By means of completing the Registration Form giving us your deposit by the "Method of Payment",
you
are entering into a legally binding contract. Should you have to cancel or cut
short your holiday, and we are unable to re-let your accommodation, we are
entitled to make a charge to compensate for our lost income.
